We were building our game but we’re running short on time, so we had to modify it so that the cups just sat in holes instead of having little boxes for them to sit in. When we finished some of the holes were too big, so we had to glue little cardboard pieces to the bottom so that they were sticking out slightly, in order to make the the holes smaller so that the cups would fit. Other than that we ended up putting the game on a set of stools instead of spanning two tables. Those were the modifications we made to our game.
Present solution
My partner was Brandon Quach, he worked well and never got off task. He came up with some good ideas for the project and was a big part of the build and coming up with rules. We started out with 4 ideas, Cup Pong, Skee Ball, Plinko, and Cornhole. We rated them based on build time, if it was fun, cost to build, durability, how school appropriate it was, and size. Cup Pong won with 27 out of 30 possible points, while Plinko came in a close second with 25 out of 30 possible points. Next time I think I would spend more time on making the design as clean as possible. Thank you.
